Amazing hotel and staff. Would recommend staying here. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. Pool area was excellent and clean. Valet parking was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and had everything.

There was nothing "not to like"!!

Friendly staff and beautiful hotel with great food

I was upgraded to a larger room with a pleasant view and also granted access to the top-floor lounge, both of which significantly enhanced my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of freshly prepared options and several types of fresh coffee. Overall, the breakfast experience was particularly enjoyable.

The location is great.The hotel is elegant and well kept.The rooms are excellent is spacious and up to date.

The beddings was toooo warm, even with the AC on.

The Fairmont Amman Hotel was an exceptional place to spend our three extra days in Amman. In particular, we very much enjoyed our time eating that the Salt Steakhouse. We met and loved our conversations with the maitre d', the sommelier chef de vin, and the head chef. All were extremely accommodating, very professional and friendly In addition we at at the Crystal Lounge and the hotel breakfast lounge. Both were excellent. I would also like to give a shout out to the staff at the reception desk. They were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for an extended check out as our flight back to the US did not leave until 1:30 the next morning. All in all, an excellent hotel. We highly recommend it to any one looking for a place to say while in Amman.

Not much.....It met our needs and then some.

Fancy hotel

We requested an extra pillow, but it took over 40 minutes and three follow-up calls to reception before it arrived.Additionally, the extra bed provided was inclined — the head was lower than the body — and it made extremely loud, squeaky noises with every movement.After I raised these concerns the following morning, the Front Office Manager apologized and kindly waived the breakfast charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Smooth check-in, clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

This was my second stay at the hotel, but they didn’t notice or acknowledge it.

Room AC was not working properlyHousekeeping didn’t supply bathroom essentials.Coffee machine is only for Espresso no coffee sachets provided.

It was very bad we good not sleep due the noisy Club the whole night the Drums did not stop even we call the reception twice to reduce the sound

The facilities and the sizes of room were very good

The cleanliness of the room. We noticed hair in multiple areas in the bed and around the bathroom area with a hair tie also left in the bathtub. The towels were worn out with tears in them from repeat use

Relatively lower staff

The. Entrance for the cars are not comfortable one staff in crystal lounge was not courteous room cleaning was not up to standard

Booking

The hotel’s facilities are decent, but the service was very poor. The staff appeared untrained and uninterested, with no sense of hospitality—it felt like they didn’t want to be there. Basic essentials were missing from the room, towels were shredded and smelled bad, and the beds were in such poor condition that I had back pain throughout the stay. While it was around $250 cheaper than options like the St. Regis or Ritz over a three-night stay, I honestly regret trying to save a few hundred—definitely not worth the compromise.

A sophisticated hotel in terms of design and decoration. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are excellent.

staff was exceptional. Beautiful hotel. Food was very good, we went back to the same restaurant twice in the hotel because it was so good. They brought us room service at 1:45 AM before we checked out . On time and it was more than expected.

Concierge service is below average They never answer the phone. When they do …. They are great No toilet washer ( hose) Bidet not practical for Muslim
